Honest criticism is welcome. Identifying, threatening, unlawful, or operationally sensitive content is not.
Protect people and operations
Never post names, photos of private individuals, badge numbers, case numbers, home addresses, personal contact details, active operation information, protected records, or restricted training material.
Describe your experience constructively
Discuss broad policies, training quality, leadership, communication, culture, schedules, compensation, and career development. Separate firsthand experience from rumor and avoid presenting speculation as fact.
Prohibited conduct
No threats, harassment, hate content, impersonation, coordinated manipulation, spam, illegal material, retaliation attempts, or instructions intended to evade lawful safety procedures.
Moderation and appeals
Content may be held, edited for privacy, removed, or referred for further review. Accounts may be suspended for repeated or severe violations. Moderator decisions and reasons are recorded in an internal audit trail.
